Dalam sebuah Diklat yang saya ikuti, katanya ada beberapa ciri profesionalisme. Entah cocok atau tidak, entah kita masuk dalam semua ciri tersebut atau hanya beberapa item aja ??hanya kita yang tahu ...mau tahu ??. Sabar yah,,, ada telepon masuk dulu.. :L
1. Kompeten dalam bidang tugasnya
2. Bertanggung jawab dan percaya diri
3. Memahami aturan dan etika ( mampu mengatur & mau diatur )
4. Memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi
5. Berinisiatif dan kreatif ( berani mencoba dan siap untuk berhasil atau gagal )
6. Mampu melaksanakan kerjasama/ koordinasi
7. Memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya ( memuaskan klien )
8. Disiplin
9. Menguasai uraian tugas
10. Mampu memelihara dan memanfaatkan sarana kerja
11. Hanya itu katanya :z Mau nambah ..? tambah aja tak dilarang UUD kok.
